• coordinating freight transportation program with the port;
• customs escort in the port;
• organizing and monitoring of phytosanitary, quarantine, radiological control and other procedures obligatory for receiving the entry permit;
• issuing of transport and accompanying documents;
• assisting in customs clearance of export and import cargo;
• preparing set of documents for obtaining AD (Accounting Document) and RD-1 (Reporting Document -1) upon their execution by stevedores;
• cargo inventory in the terminal and access to Interlogistics’ online program enabling the client to track his own cargo;
• representing the client in ports and public authorities;
• examination, condition evaluation, verification of the quantity of cargo by engaging independent experts; obtaining surveyor control;
• receiving a temporary port pass for individuals and vehicles;
• mending and finalization of client’s cargo and vehicles;
• delivering of additional equipment to port terminals (under long-term contracts).
